- Purpose of Charitable Contributions At Golden Tulip, Lucknow, we remain dedicated to nurturing meaningful social and ecological transformation. Financial contributions gathered through this voluntary initiative are remitted in full to our trusted partner organisation, “Sewa Mandir”, driving positive community and environmental change across India. Funds accumulated through this pledge are conveyed directly to “Sewa Mandir” to support a dedicated sustainability mandate: Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation.
- Voluntary Guest Participation This micro-donation framework is seamlessly integrated for patrons booking their accommodations directly with Golden Tulip, Lucknow: Participation is completely optional and discretionary. Guests are invited to contribute a nominal amount of Rs. 5/- towards the afforestation endeavour. The supplemental charge of Rs. 5/- is appended to the bill strictly when a guest explicitly opts to participate in the initiative.
- Terms of Remittance and Liability Irrevocable Contributions:Once remitted, all donations are definitive, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Voluntary Assumption of Risk:Guests choose to contribute entirely at their own discretion. By authorizing a donation, guests expressly waive and relinquish all rights of action, claims, and legal remedies (whether under common law or statutory provisions) against Golden Tulip Hotels in relation to or arising from their contribution.
- Tax Exemption and Statutory Compliance Income Tax Exemption:Donating guests should note that no tax deduction certificate under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will be issued for this contribution. Declaration of Residency and Origin of Funds:By proceeding with the payment, guests explicitly affirm and warrant that they are resident Indians and that the funds provided do not derive from any foreign source as defined by the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010.
