Once submitted, payments towards this initiative are non-refundable and cannot be revoked. Participation in this philanthropic endeavor is entirely discretionary; patrons who opt to donate accept full responsibility and forfeit any legal demands, liabilities, or compensation claims against Sarovar Hotels regarding these transfers. Tax deduction benefits or certificates pursuant to Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 are not applicable or provided for these donations. Upon making a financial contribution, visitors affirm their status as Indian residents and certify that the provided capital does not originate from international sources as specified by the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. All raised capital is remitted straight to “Sewa Mandir,” designated strictly for environmental sustainability projects titled “Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation”. Directly booking visitors will be invited to add a nominal fee of Rs. 5/- toward this green program. This fee remains strictly voluntary and will only be applied to the bill if explicitly authorized by the patron.
