Please review the official terms and conditions governing these voluntary contributions below: Allocation of Funds:All contributions collected through this scheme are transferred directly to "Sewa Mandir" to fund dedicated afforestation projects designed to offset carbon footprints and foster positive social impact in India. Voluntary Participation:Supporting this initiative is entirely discretionary. The additional sum of ₹5 will be restricted solely to guest contributions and will only be applied to your account upon your explicit agreement. Non-Refundable Policy:Once remitted, all contributions are final and strictly non-refundable. Donations cannot be cancelled or revoked under any circumstances. Waiver and Liability:Guests voluntarily choose to support this cause at their own discretion. By proceeding to donate, guests do so at their own risk and explicitly waive all claims, rights of action, and legal remedies (whether under law or otherwise) against Sarovar Hotels arising out of or in connection with the contribution. Tax Exemption Status:Please note that no certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will be issued to guests for these contributions. Statutory Compliance and Nationality Declaration:By proceeding with the contribution, guests acknowledge, confirm, and warrant that they are resident Indian nationals and that the donated funds do not originate from any foreign source as defined under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010 (FCRA).
