All donated funds are dedicated strictly toward designated philanthropic projects. The collected amounts are routed to “Sewa Mandir” to drive meaningful social development in India. Once processed, all monetary contributions are non-refundable and cannot be revoked. Guest involvement in this social drive is entirely voluntary; by remitting a donation, individuals act at their own discretion and explicitly relinquish all rights to pursue legal actions, claims, or financial remedies against Sarovar Hotels in relation to their gift. Please note that tax deduction certificates pursuant to Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 shall not be provided to contributors. Upon donating, guests affirm that they hold Indian residency status and that their contribution does not constitute foreign capital as outlined in the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. Capital gathered through this campaign flows directly to “Sewa Mandir” to fund tree-planting efforts under the “Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation” initiative. Patrons reserving accommodations directly with us will be offered an opportunity to add a nominal Rs. 5 contribution to support this cause. This micro-donation is strictly voluntary and will only be billed if the guest explicitly consents.
