All donated funds are dedicated exclusively to targeted philanthropic projects. Your contributions are directed to "Sewa Mandir" to foster meaningful community upliftment across India. Once processed, voluntary donations are final and strictly non-refundable or non-cancellable. Participating in this social initiative is entirely discretionary; guests electing to donate accept full responsibility and hereby relinquish any legal claims, recourse, or demands against Sarovar Hotels regarding their contribution. Tax exemption certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will not be provided for these donations. Upon making a payment, guests acknowledge and affirm that they are resident Indian citizens and that the funds do not originate from foreign sources as outlined in the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. Monies raised via this campaign will be transferred straight to "Sewa Mandir" specifically to support their "Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation" environmental project. Guests reserving directly with us are invited to add a nominal sum of Rs. 5/- toward this mission. Participation is purely voluntary, and the extra Rs. 5/- charge will only apply if explicit consent is given by the guest.
