Every charitable contribution collected will directly support designated philanthropic projects. Proceeds are allocated to “Sewa Mandir” to foster positive social change across India. All financial contributions are final and strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once submitted. Participation in this social program is entirely voluntary. By choosing to donate, patrons do so at their sole discretion and agree to forgo any legal claims, causes of action, or remedies against Sarovar Hotels concerning their contribution. Please note that tax exemption certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (1961) will not be provided for these donations. By completing a donation, guests verify that they are resident Indian citizens and that their contribution does not originate from any foreign entity as defined by the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. All funds gathered via this drive are transferred straight to “Sewa Mandir” to fuel environmental tree-planting efforts under the “Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation” program. Direct-booking visitors will also be invited to support the cause with a nominal contribution of ₹5. This fee is purely optional and will only be added to the final bill with the guest's explicit consent.
