At Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites, Vaishali, we invite our guests to participate in meaningful socio-environmental stewardship across India. Every contribution collected under this initiative is directed to our esteemed charitable partner, ‘Sewa Mandir’, specifically to advance their environmental programme titled ‘Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation’. Guidelines Governing Charitable Contributions Guests booking directly with our property are invited to add a nominal sum of ₹5 (five Indian Rupees) to their booking in support of this ecological and community endeavor. Please review the specific terms that govern these voluntary contributions: Voluntary Participation: Contribution to this cause is entirely optional. Guests booking directly will be given the option to donate ₹5, and this additional charge will only be levied once explicit consent is provided. Non-Refundable Status: Once processed, all contributions made towards this initiative are definitive, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances. Direct Allocation of Funds: All financial contributions accrued through this scheme are transferred directly to Sewa Mandir to fund targeted afforestation and carbon-offsetting initiatives. Legal Declarations & Statutory Compliance Tax Exemption Status: Please be advised that tax deduction certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will not be issued to guests for these contributions. FCRA & Indian Residency Confirmation: By choosing to make a donation, guests confirm and declare that they are resident Indian nationals and that the donated funds do not originate from any foreign source as defined by the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010. Waiver of Liability: Guests elect to support this social cause at their own discretion and risk. By proceeding with a contribution, guests explicitly waive all rights of action, legal remedies, and claims (whether under statutory law or otherwise) against Sarovar Hotels and Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites arising from or connected to the contribution made.
