Through our sustainability drive, guest contributions are channelled directly to our esteemed partner organisation,Sewa Mandir, to support their crucial programmes dedicated to offsetting carbon footprints through targeted afforestation. Please acquaint yourself with the terms and conditions governing this voluntary contribution initiative: Purpose & Allocation of Funds:All monies received through this initiative are remitted directly to Sewa Mandir to fund tree-planting endeavors and generate lasting environmental and social impact within India. Voluntary Micro-Contribution:Participation in this initiative is entirely optional. Guests booking directly with us will be invited to contribute a nominal amount of ₹5 towards the cause. This charge is restricted strictly to the guest's contribution and will only be applied upon explicit consent. Cancellation & Refund Policy:Once a contribution has been successfully made, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or reversed under any circumstances. Tax Exemption Certificates:Please be advised that certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 will not be issued to guests for contributions made under this scheme. Residency & Legal Declaration:By opting to donate, guests formally declare and confirm that they are resident Indian nationals and that the contributed funds do not originate from any foreign source, as defined under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010. Limitation of Liability:Guests voluntarily elect to contribute to this social cause at their own discretion. By proceeding with the donation, guests expressly waive all claims, rights of action, and legal remedies (whether under common law, statute, or otherwise) that they may hold against Sarovar Hotels arising out of or in connection with the contribution.
