All contributed funds are designated strictly for specified philanthropic efforts. Proceeds are directed straight to "Sewa Mandir" to foster meaningful community development throughout India. All donated funds are strictly final, with zero provision for refunds, cancellations, or reversals. Participation in this charitable campaign is entirely optional; by opting to give, visitors accept full responsibility and formally relinquish any legal rights, actions, or compensation claims against Sarovar Hotels related to their gift. Tax exemption receipts under Section 80G of the 1961 Income Tax Act cannot be provided to participating guests. By completing a contribution, patrons verify that they hold Indian residency and that donated capital does not originate from international sources as regulated by the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act of 2010. Money raised via this program is transferred directly to "Sewa Mandir" to back their initiative focused on "Offsetting Carbon Footprint through Afforestation." Direct booking patrons will be invited to add a nominal ₹5 contribution to support the drive. This micro-donation remains completely discretionary, and the extra ₹5 fee will only apply if the guest explicitly opts in.
